Do you want to develop and establish target architecture of the future on a global scale? Can you take charge of the architectural master plan of our IT service management transition?
“This is a very ambitious modernisation of ways of working in Global IT. After years of organisational growth, we have grown out of our service platform, and the transition project ahead aims to integrate classical ITSM processes with Agile and DevOps methodologies,” says Senior Director, IT Process Excellence & Governance Ann Christensen.
Establishing the baseline for a successful service management transition
Joining the Process Excellence team based in Hedehusene, you will gain 4 process architects as your closest colleagues. You will be working as a team to perform thorough analyses and implement service management on a grand scale.
Because of the massive growth of DSV, we have grown out of our ways of working, and the demand for more lean processes and standardised processes have increased. Therefore, we have embarked on a journey to rethink our service management platforms (ITSM/EXM) and processes, including configuration management, standard ITSM process and process with interfaces to the Agile and DevOps methodology.
Design our architectural landscape of the future
Drawing the service management lines of the future, you ensure a scalable and modern platform enabling future capabilities and new agile ways of working. You connect master data, processes, and services to enable a great customer experience.
Your focus is not just at the point of implementation – you plan ahead and ensure that our service management implementation will fit the overall picture years ahead by choosing the right design path as early as possible.
You will be working closely with the process architects and senior stakeholders, gaining thorough knowledge of the overall architectural landscape of our global IT in the process.

Combining your analytical mindset with an organised way of thinking will grant you the ability to thrive in this position. And because you will be working closely with senior stakeholders, persuading different groups of people to agree on important decisions, your communication should have a fact-based approach with a strong foundation in standards and results.
And most importantly, you are skilled in visualising complex ideas, making it easy for non-technical players to understand the work that plays a crucial part in creating optimal outlying architecture.

Additionally, you will:
- Take on the role as senior service management expert throughout the transition project
- Lead technological development of the platform and related services once the implementation is completed
- Crunch data and drive a fact-based dialogue towards senior management
- Design road maps to ensure transparency and sponsorship
- Drive workshops in cooperation with process architects
You can visualise your data landscape analysis

Furthermore, you bring:
- A master’s degree within engineering, computer science or a similar field
- 5+ years of experience from a similar role in a large-scale transition project
- Extensive knowledge on market-leading service management platforms and related technologies
- Experience with ITIL, DevOps, Agile and similar methodologies
- Strong visualisation skills and knowledge of visualisation tools
