With a direct reference to our Head of Business Applications, you will become a leading part of the Business Applications team in IT. The team consist of dedicated colleagues with competences within system administration, project management, development, integration, and architecture. The team is responsible for planning, building, and the daily operations of Kamstrup´s internal business applications, which includes ERP, CRM, CPQ, PLM, QMS, ServiceNow and several other applications. A managerial role with focus on expanding our digital customer application capabilities on a strategic level
In the newly established role as Customer Engagement Architect & Manager, you will be responsible for developing and shaping our digital customer experience (CX) capabilities. You will hereby be leading our portfolio of large digital transformation global programs and contribute to the development of multi-year plans in alignment with business and IT strategy. In addition, you will manage our internal CRM and CPQ teams that consist of 6 dedicated colleagues, but the teams are expected to expand in size as the digital IT application footprint is rapidly growing. You will hereby be responsible for your team's deliveries, capabilities and talent development and motivation, but you will also be involved in projects involving internal and external consultants.

More specifically, you will:

  • Decompose business strategies and initiatives into practical multi-year roadmaps, providing clear direction on execution to ensure a high return on investment
  • Leading a portfolio of large Digital Transformation Global programs as identified as critical and vital in the execution of the overall growth strategy for Kamstrup
  • Specifying technologies and infrastructure architecture with core IT
  • Align the development of core business capabilities, information assets and technology in response to strategic imperatives
  • Decompose business strategies and initiatives into practical multi-year roadmaps, providing clear direction on execution in order to ensure a high return on investment for all customer engagement applications.

Personality matters
We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Engagement Architect & Manager, who is ready to play a lead role in shaping our future Digital Customer Engagement Solutions, Business and Technical Architecture and Program Design. We imagine that you have a relevant educational background combined with at least 5 years of experience in business, information, or technology architecture which has given you intuition for conducting business as well as a technical expertise. In addition, you must have experience in leading internal & external technical teams or with coordinating work across multiple technology teams. As you will take on a managerial role, your success is dependent on your ability to mentor and coach a technical team as well as leading teams and individuals to become high performing.

As a person you are driven by a desire to make a difference, why you are often found at the forefront of changes as you strive to lead by example. You are a team player and have a great ability to engage others to take initiative through clearly communicating the direction for our CX landscape. Your leadership style is characterized by an informal tone, as you believe this is a key factor for establishing employee well-being and trust. Additionally, you are self-organized and have an analytical approach to fact-based decision making combined with a creative and innovative outlook. You pride yourself in your reliable and punctual personality, why your work is always of high quality and handed in within the given deadline.

It is a requirement that you master English in writing and speaking. Danish will be considered an advantage.
