Would you like to be part of a passionate team that creates freshly baked bread for the
residents of Vedbæk?
Søly Bakery is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced assistant baker to join our
bakery near Vedbæk Strand.
About us:
Søly is more than just a bakery; it is also a restaurant where we prioritize our love for food
and quality ingredients. We take pride in offering our customers authentic and delicious
baked goods of the highest quality. As an assistant baker, you will be an essential part of our team, contributing to our goal of providing customers with a great experience every day.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and baking of various types of bread and pastries
- Handling the dough and ensuring high quality
- Monitoring ovens and baking times
- Stocking bakery shelves with fresh products
- Collaborating with the rest of the team to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Contributing to the development of new recipes and product improvements
Qualifications:
- Experience as a baker or assistant baker is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and dough behavior
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity and interest in developing new products
- Flexibility to work variable shifts and weekends when necessary
We offer:
- Full-time position of 160 hours per month
- Every other weekend off and a weekly day off
- Opportunities for personal and professional development in a dynamic environment
- A friendly and collaborative team
- Attractive location near Vedbæk Strand
