Sales and tender tasks in a strong team
You will be a part of a strong and and ambitious team where you will daily challenge your sales skills together with dedicated and fun colleagues in our sales and tender team. We currently have customers and potential customers all over the world, which means contact and interaction with different people, different cultures and with very different types of problems - however with the common denominator “soil contamination”.
We work as a contractor with the design and execution of in-situ remediation of contaminated land using soil heating and simultaneous extraction. It is a growing business area and we expect to see it grow further with you onboard. We are looking for a colleague with the right technical knowledge and curiosity who has the desire and ability to understand the work and help us become even better at what we do.
Customer's trusted advisor
You probably have a technical background as an engineer or similar. You have a strong commercial understanding and experience in selling technology or technical solutions. It feels natural to you to connect with others.Talking to people at meetings and at social events is a natural energizer for you. You like to take initiative, make contact and create and maintain a good relationship in an attentive and fulfilling manner.
You are able to work independently, but the real drive for you is cooperation and sparring with your great colleagues in order to create and deliver the best solution to our customers.
You are fluent in English both orally and in writing and preferably master other languages as well. We are looking for a technical and sales ninja and for a great colleague. You are persistent, sympathetic, trustworthy and get a kick out of creating a strong result.
Your primary area of responsibility
You will work closely with both our Sales Manager and Tender / Marketing Assistant and will be in ongoing dialogue with our project managers and customers on current projects.
Travel activity is a big part of your job and you can expect to travel around 50 days a year.

- Make outreach sales to new and existing customers
- Answer customer requests and describe preliminary solutions
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and price estimates
- Communicate with customers about solutions and prices by mail, telephone and at meetings
- Prepare written material for use in tenders and in the sales process
- Participate in relevant customer events
- Do oral presentations of solutions and project opportunities
