We now have an open position as Store Manager at our flagship store in Copenhagen. As our coming Store Manager, you must be versatile, outgoing, dynamic, ambitious and customer-experience driven.

The position and role On a daily basis it is your responsibility to manage the day to day management of the store. You will build and maintain customer relationships in order to generate sales and elevate the brand. You will make clear debriefings and give feedback on initiatives and actions that can enhance both store and brand development in general. You create a culture of respect, helpfulness and always with an eye for shaping the best customer experiences. You set the bar high for yourself and the team. You motivate the team to truly perform in line with what is expected of them working with a luxury brand like Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen.
As Store Manager of OLE LYNGGAARD COPENHAGEN in Copenhagen City, you are our brand’s main ambassador. We aim to give our customers a unique shopping experience and we take pride in providing an exceptional level of service. You are always up to date on new initiatives from the company headquarters in Copenhagen, with whom you will be working on a daily basis with systematic and strategic monitoring of outreach sales.

You are a natural born optimist who grows through rewarding relations with other people. You know how to display patience in order to learn the business thoroughly and to navigate at all levels of the daily activities.
Personal characteristic We are looking for a Senior Profile with experience from managing teams of minimum 8-12 employees. You have a strong individual mindset with great personality and a balanced mind-set. You have a professional and positive attitude and a great interest in fashion & luxury goods.

- You are fluent in Danish and English

- You have a clean criminal record.
- You are fully vaccinated.
