The Villa story
Villa Copenhagen is Copenhagen's new luxury hotel located in the old Central Post Building from 1912. The hotel opens in April 2020 with 390 rooms in magnificent settings with a vibrant and intimate atmosphere - a place where old European charm and Copenhagen boldness meet. Villa Copenhagen is going to be Copenhagens new attraction, this is where diversity lives and where you find the perfect setting for meetings, co-working, entertainment, pop-up activities, events, modern design, art and drinks with friends.

Now we are looking for you - our House Créateur. Not just another job, but a unique opportunity to set your creative touch on Copenhagen's new landmark and social hub. You are passionate about plants and flowers, maybe you have worked with it before. You are interested in arts and crafts and are dreaming about having your own store. Having Villa Copenhagen as a playground only your imagination sets the limits. The plan is to create a store where both our guests and Copenhagen citizens come to be inspired. You know what is trending and the store is your universe. This is where we sell flowers to our neighbours on their way home from work, where our guests bring a piece of Copenhagen with them home or just stop by to get that special Villa feeling.

Pre-opening focus:

  • Design of our store and purchasing in consultation with Marketing and Operations
  • Building up our store and creating SOPs for how to work
  • Responsible for installation of our cash register system and that it is set up with the right content and price setting
  • Planning of flowers and plants for the entire hotel, make agreements with new partners and suppliers
  • Recruiting and onboarding of your creative team in collaboration with our Director of Operations


    • After pre-opening:

  • Responsible for fresh flowers, plants and decorations at Villa Copenhagen
  • Support our event planners with creative ideas and being part of the execution
  • Create arrangements for all suites and for VIPs that match our different rooms and enhance the guest experience
  • Responsible for your team, forecast for the shop, following up on revenue and costs etc.
  • Overall responsible for the store such as its inventory, purchasing and contact with suppliers
