Are you our new Store Assistant in Greve, one of our many stores? If you love to sell and enjoy to advise and inspire customers, then you might be the one we are looking for?

As a Store Assistant at Flügger, you have a great responsibility, many versatile tasks and a daily life that rarely is the same. Your tasks range from sales, counseling, event planning and other daily work to keep the store ready for the customer.

Take part in the journey

In [Insert Store Name] you will be responsible for equal footing in the work of developing the store, seeking inspiration and when it comes to getting new customers. You will be part of a team with high focus on keeping the store ready for customer, sales and giving the customers correct and useful guidance and advices. It’s important to us that the customers have a good experience and get inspired when they visit us.

Your tasks are also:

• Participating in promotional activities in the local area.
• Follow-up on the stores customers incl. outreach sales.
• Needs analysis and counseling in cooperation with the customer.
• Offer bidding, negotiation and closing of orders.
• Idea and solution creation, both internally and with your customers.
• Receiving, unpacking and ordering of goods

Your palette

It is crucial that you are service-minded and proactive; that you enjoy great responsibility for sales and retail operations and make a good correlation with your team.

In addition, it is important that you:

• Has experience from paint, interior decorator or related industry.
• Is result-oriented, ambitious and driven by growth - will help make a difference.
• Be a burner to sell.
• Be customer seeking both face to face and by telephone.
• Have good resources in communication and cooperation.
