Georg Jensen is looking for a Junior Visual Merchandiser to support the Global VM & Store Design team working at the beautiful HQ in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen.
You will report to the Head of Global VM & Store Design. The team consists of a VM Specialist, two Visual Merchandisers, a Coordinator and a Technical Designer.

The role
The Junior Visual Merchandiser will be supporting the broad variety of tasks managed by the global VM team. You will mainly be working with our VM specialist based in HQ, although in a course of a year, travel activities may be expected, including tasks in the field merchandising and training in both Retail and Wholesale stores.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Support the broad variety of tasks managed by the global VM team
- Create product set-ups for the development of Visual Merchandising guidelines
- Creative development and testing of VM materials with the Visual Merchandising Specialist
- Help maintain a high daily level of product presentation in showrooms, conference rooms and general office spaces
- Visual merchandising of new products for seasonal meetings across various business units
- Support the implementation of special projects in stores
- Visual merchandising of both Retail and Wholesale stores
- Take part in and arrange central VM training of Wholesale Account Managers and partners
Your Profile:
The ideal candidate has just completed a relevant education or holds a similar position in e.g. a department store or with a brand.
- Creative and innovative with knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices
- Must have a strong sense of aesthetics and understanding of good business acumen
- Knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop is an advantage

- Strong team player and able to work independently in own area of responsibilities
