Design Holding seeks Sales Consultant, furniture/lighting

Design Holding is the largest global high-end design group with a European heritage. Design Holding was founded in December 2018 with the aim of expanding further on a global basis through acquisitions. Currently, the group brings together a range of iconic influential, international and complementary brands such as B&B Italia, MaxAlto, Arclinea, Azucena, Flos and Louis Poulsen.
Design Holding opened a global design zone in June 2021 with its first D Studio in Copenhagen. The historic area of Kuglegården became home to the new design zone where Louis Poulsen, B&B Italia and Flos are offering unique and inspiring showrooms and shopping experiences, office space, events and much more.
We are therefore seeking one extremely professional and service-minded Retail Store Consultant for our new showroom. You should be motivated by setting high standards for customer service and selling our exclusive global brands.
Your place of work will be Central Copenhagen, and you will be reporting directly to the Showroom Manager.

Job profile
Your main responsibility will be to present, promote and sell furniture and lighting integrated solutions to our customers in Copenhagen, ensure that customers visit the showroom/store, achieve sales and ensure that the showroom at all times appears professional and aligned to our brand values.
Main task and activities:
Personal profile
We expect you to have applicable commercial experience in sales and service, preferably knowledge of the industry from a similar position in an international, high-end furniture design company or furniture in general. You have a flair for and sense of design and quality. You are performance-driven and energized by your contact with customers. You are also a natural networker and enjoy building relationships with customers and business partners. Your personal commitment means that you are curious, proactive, structured in your approach and understand how to prioritize your responsibilities. You are able to work independently as well as with your colleagues.
Native Danish speaker and English at business level. You are a skilled IT user and experiences in preparing proposals for clients by means of AUTOCAD or any other professional tool. You should be familiar with SAP systems.
Experience
Between 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.

- selling exclusive furniture and lighting to private customers, interior designers and architects.
- ensuring optimum advice for customers through training in all product categories and campaigns.
- clarifying customer requirements in their selection and purchase of our products.
- following up on order flow, assisting on goods deliveries.
- providing general customer service and following up on customer enquiries.
- maintaining and updating customer database.
- meeting sales targets – both store targets and personal targets.
- providing dealers visiting the showroom with professional support.
- continuously updating your understanding of the company’s products, culture and ethical initiatives and living them on a day-to-day basis.
- ensuring and maintaining high standards in-store and general in-store clean-up.
- ad hoc tasks.
