eOne Solutions – Denmark ApS is seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative to work out of our Copenhagen Office. One is an established company that is growing with a startup attitude, and we’re looking for a reliable, proactive professional with a results-driven approach.

As a Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Be knowledgeable in all eOne products, data management solutions, and related technology channels.
  • Stay up to date with new products and services.
  • Provide Phone assistance to eOne Customers and Resellers.
  • Provide dial in assistance to eOne Customers and Resellers.
  • Provide Web Chat support to everyone.
  • Use Social Media for prospecting and identifying new customers and partners.
  • Identify key stakeholders within eOne customers and partners to expand relationship and investment of eOne products. This involves selling, cross-selling, and upselling to potential customers, potential partners, existing partners, existing customers, and customers who have lapsed on their product, service or partnership.
  • Represent eOne at channel and technology events.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing in the creation of lead nurtures.
  • Set up meetings between prospects and the sales team.
  • Identify client needs.
  • Manage calls and call status and provide regular updates.
  • Manage Sales queue and all inbound leads.
  • Provide exceptional service to our customers, partners and prospects.
  • Escalate issues to the management team.
  • Drive demo attendance.
  • Drive training attendance.
  • Keep activities up to date in CRM and related systems as required.

  • Assist and collaborate with marketing with content strategy to drive demand and qualification of EMEA sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with eOne's customers success team to ensure customers are onboarded with their new purchases.
  • Initial channels that the Sales Development Representative will primarily focus on are Microsoft and Zendesk. Additional business channels may be included as a focus later.

Requirements

  • Experience in providing both phone and remote assistance.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, NAV, GP, D365 or similar business management tools.
  • Experience with managing, researching and mining data.
  • Team player, yet is self-motivated and can work alone.
  • Superior written and documentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate with sales team, partners, partner prospects, customer prospects and end user customers.
  • Eager to learn from the experienced team at eOne.
  • Equally eager to question and challenge processes and practices at eOne.
