Deliver the highest quality construction projects to the Thermo Systems client base by planning, organizing and controlling all elements of the project installation scope pursuant to maintaining the company’s core values of Customer Success, Employee Success, and Financial Strength. Works collaboratively with assigned project leads, project managers, company directors and executive management team.
Serves the Project in the following capacities:
o Plan of the Day (POD). o MEP Coordination. o Six (6) week look ahead. o RAIL.
o Weekly Work Plans. o Flow Schedule/Pull Plan Development Meetings. o Impromptu Scheduling meetings.

Serves the Project in the following capacities:
- Primary responsibility is to ensure that the Building Management System (BMS) Electrical Subcontractor delivers the installation on time
and on budget.
- Communicate in an effective, positive, and proactive manner with teammates, customers, subcontractors, trade partners andvendors.
- Reports to the Construction Project Manager.
Formal Education: Bachelor’s degree, or other pertinent curriculum combined with relevant experience.
Industry Experience: Minimum 5 Years.
Provide assistance to Construction PM For Financial Items:
- Issues and Manages the BMS Electrical Subcontract/Scope of Work (SOW).
- Issues BMS Electrical Subcontract Change Order Requests (COR).
- Reviews and approves BMS Electrical Subcontract Cash Flow.
- Reviews and approves BMS Electrical Subcontract billings.
- Collaborates with Purchasing Manager, vendors and trade partners to ensure accurate and on time delivery/return of instrumentation and equipment.
- Coordinates instrumentation purchasing requests.
Quality Control Responsibilities:
- Completely versed in Design System Integrator (DSI) packages.
- Review DSI Engineering Drawings for constructability.
- Review DSI installation Details to project specifications.
- Ensures BMS installation conforms to project specifications.
- Coordinate First Of Kind (FOK) installation for approval.
- Responsible for BIM issues related to construction and equipment.
- Review site Construction System Integrator (CSI) audits with installer to mitigate installation issues.
Management Responsibilities:
- Ensures on time delivery of BMS electrical installation per schedule.
- Represents Thermo Systems in project meetings, including but not limited to:
o Plan of the Day (POD). o MEP Coordination. o Six (6) week look ahead. o RAIL.
o Weekly Work Plans. o Flow Schedule/Pull Plan Development Meetings. o Impromptu Scheduling meetings.
- Versed in P6/CPM schedule.
- Manage electrical installer’s BIM model signoffs, pre-cast panel signoffs and shop drawing submittals.
- Involvement in Design Deliverable Log (DDL) dates.
- Coordination with onsite mechanical contractor for equipment delivery (PREFAB).
- Submitting DSI redlines and as-built's.
- Reviewing and submitting electrical installer shop drawings.
- Reviewing and submitting electrical installer as-built shop drawings and BIM model.
- Reports status to the Project Manager.
Mentoring and Training Responsibilities:
- Actively share knowledge and provide impromptu training to other personnel on technical and professional issues.
- Maintain open and direct communication with all staff members.
- Maintain professional relations with co-workers, aids co-workers when possible, ask for help and guidance from co-workers when
necessary, and always treat co-workers with respect.
