Production and Patent database Assistant
Cellugy is a biotech startup located in Aarhus, Denmark. About the position
Cellugy is looking for a production and patent database assistant for its bio-nanocellulose production process to develop a wide range of product performance requirements for applications in sustainable materials. The position is party time starting September1st for a minimum of 40 hours per month, making it a perfect position for a candidate with SU in Denmark. The duration is initially for 6 months with the possibility of continuing working in subsequent projects afterwards. The position is based in Aarhus at Cellugy's headquarters.
Key responsibilities
The production assistant will run the bacterial nanocellulose production process for formulation and collaboration purposes, prepare samples, maintain the bacterial nanocellulose, and keep the chemical and equipment inventory in the production floor. In addition, the candidate will build and update the patent database and will be responsible for running patent analysis to be used by other members of the technical or business teams. Ad-hoc responsibilities may include assistance in the microbiology lab for culture isolation and testing additives in bacterial cultures.
About the candidate
We are looking for Bachelor graduates, Master students or Master graduates in biology, chemistry, microbiology, or food technology. He/she must be able to work independently in performing the tasks but have a team vision and work collaboratively with other employees in a dynamic startup environment.

« Familiar in sterile working conditions for keeping bacterial cultures.
« Familiar with SQL software to build and analyze the patent database.
« Creative and curious.
« Structured and organized in keeping records.
