We are looking for an Implementation Consultant for the Product Supply (PS) @SAP programme in Manufacturing IT. Have you recently graduated then you now can join an ambitious programme within the project management career track with good opportunity to advance.
About the department
Our mission is to support optimisation of the future supply chain by providing ONE global standard and integrated IT solution.
The programme already has ensured successful implementations of SAP and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) systems in Denmark, Brazil, China, France, US, Russia and Japan.
We are currently implementing in US, and Denmark and you will be joining a project organisation of 40+ people, of different nationalities and years of experience all working together to roll out our PS@SAP template on Novo Nordisk production sites.
We have an ambitious road ahead, and we therefore need ambitious people to ensure the success of PS@SAP.
The position
The position as Implementation Consultant involves both driving and coordinating tasks between different central and local stakeholders, requiring a close dialogue with IT solution- and production site responsible(s) as well as super users from our implementation sites.
The job lies naturally within the project management career track with good opportunity to advance.
As Implementation Consultant your responsibilities and tasks will be to drive and support change management and ensure site readiness for the new IT solution. You will facilitate that local SOPs are updated by the local project team and global SOPs by SOP owner. You will function as the link between our IT solution responsible and the users who will execute the master data and plan and you will facilitate the execution of user tests.
Furthermore, you will drive a training strategy aligned with lessons learned from our previous roll outs and coordinate the training execution. The scope of this focus area can include training of up to 800 end users, many of whom require different training profiles.
In the stabilisation (hyper care) period, the period just after business go live at our implementation sites, you will be responsible for creating an approach aligned with lessons learned from our previous roll-outs. Also ensure the training and knowledge build up for the local IT support organisation in order to secure that we have local organisations to support the implemented solution after the stabilisation period.
Qualifications
You hold a master’s degree within Business, Engineering or the like and either have relevant experience, preferably from working with optimisation projects or implementation of IT systems or you can demonstrate profound interest and/or competences within the field.
As a person you are ambitious, energetic and find it easy to understand new processes and are willing to go the extra mile to accomplish your tasks and goals. Further, you work structured and have the capability of keeping an overview of many on-going activities.
You need to be a strong communicator and facilitator as well as being able to consider solutions to the end.
You have a global mind-set and you speak and write English.
