The Spare Parts and Supplies Productivity (SP&S) organization is part of the Service Solution organization and we are the responsible for delivering the spare parts on time, on quality standards, maintaining the right stock levels, and improving the competitiveness of our suppliers to follow the Business growth and ensuring our competitiveness.

We are divided into global and regional functions taking the ownership of the end to end process from the Planning down to the delivery on site.

How to contribute to our vision

According to our LEAD2020 program going forward the enhance of the productivity initiatives and their deployment will be key for the success and the competitiveness of Siemens Games Renewable Energy (SGRE) in a complex environment where regions and functions need to be really aligned and geared.

For that reason, we are looking for a manager to drive the productivity initiatives developed by the team through the entire SP&S organization across the globe, working with the regions, functions and stakeholders to ensure their correct transfer and deployment at the correct cost.

These productivity initiatives will cover cost reduction and cost avoidance in the level of 45 Mio €/Year and Assets management improvements on the level of 15% reduction/Year – just as the inventories and cash management will play a challenging and key role during the next years in our organization.

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.

The ideal candidate has an engineering or financial education with and experience of 5 years in procurement and Supply Chain activities

You have advanced English knowledge and are able and willing to lead the transformation of the program taking the lead and ownership of the process, being able to influence through the cross functional teams and stakeholders.
