You will join a well-established Capacity and Production Planning team that operates within JACK & JONES BUYING department. Our team is very ambitious and skilled and committed to optimizing and ensuring a smooth flow of our NOOS product line with our manufacturers. Our NOOS product line is indispensable to JACK & JONES and has a high strategic importance. Our work environment is best encapsulated as young, vibrant and result oriented. Your chance to take on responsibility and influence your growth
As a Capacity and Production Planner you will be responsible for managing a range of product categories spanning multiple lifestyle brands within JACK & JONE. More specifically, your main responsibility will be creating and maintaining our Capacity Planning forecasts along with ensuring that we have the correct raw materials available for final goods production. You will be performing these tasks in close partnership with our Product Category Buyers and our NOOS Demand Planners. Additionally, you will be in daily contact with our manufacturing partners making sure our plan is being executed upon.

Additionally, you possess good cooperative skills, by which you ensure constructive cooperation, and you easily communicate with both upstream and downstream partners on all levels and across borders.

- Evaluate and align our monthly and quarterly capacity plans with our demand forecasts
- Facilitate weekly and monthly forecast review meeting with our suppliers
- Calculate, book, and monitor raw materials planning for final goods production
- Take part in establishing and controlling our VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) stocking locations
- Participate in order placement review meetings with our Demand Planning teams
Qualifications
- Business/Economics degree, preferably with a focus on Buying, Supply Chain Management, or International Business
- Great skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, PowerApps
- An outstanding drive to influence and improve business, while challenging yourself and the people around you positively
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
