Would you like to lead a highly specialised IM engineering team and take them and Coloplast on the next part of our journey in becoming world-class? Then you might be the one we are looking for.
We develop essential parts for our product manufacturing
You will be part of the Injection Moulding (IM) department consisting of 25 enthusiastic and committed employees. You will head our Injection Moulding Engineering team at our innovation site in Mørdrup, Denmark. In the team, we are 9 colleagues – some of us have an engineering background, some of us are trained in other injection moulding areas.
In Injection Moulding, we have close collaboration with our stakeholders. We work with Global R&D on product development and with suppliers and mould makers regarding the daily operation of the tools. This means our responsibility goes from establishing the first pilot tool to supporting the operations, when relevant. Doing so, we create vital parts used in the manufacturing of Coloplast’s products – products that will go on to increase people’s quality of life.

For IM, it starts in development – the tool and the manufacturing processes need to be “right the first time” in order for us to succeed with the daily operations,” explains the Director of Injection Moulding, Søren Friis.
The department is on a journey of finding new and smarter ways of working both internally and with external suppliers. You will be part of this journey and will engage your team throughout the evaluation phase and through to the implementation phase.

You will be part of our management group of 3, consisting of the Director of Injection Moulding and Head of Injection Moulding Operations.

- Lead, guide and develop your team members
- Scout and drive implementation of new technology with the team
- Guide your team to obtain robust and efficient designs in the development as well as in the operations stages
You will be part of our management group of 3, consisting of the Director of Injection Moulding and Head of Injection Moulding Operations.
Do you thrive with management and change?
You are independent, thrive in a manager position and are adamant of selling your ideas to your team and making them happen. You are eager to be part of the journey of optimising the current IM set-up.
- You come with a professional education within engineering, moulding or the like
- You have 5+ years of relevant experience with injection moulding
- You have experience within leadership
- You speak and write English fluently
