As Production Manager, you will be responsible for our production team in one of our factory departments. You thrive with responsibility, keep a good perspective, and want to play an essential part in producing our compound lines for the chocolate and bakery industry.
About the team
The team comprises six Production Managers, each overseeing their individual Value Stream and Department. As a Production Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Factory and collaborate closely with your colleagues.

About the team

About the job
As Production Manager you will:
- Be responsible for the daily operations in your department
- Be responsible for employee development and wellbeing
- Ensure that our processes and quality are within our standards
- With your Planner, create production schedules based on customer demand and production capacity, such as materials, time, budget, and staff, focusing on short- and long-term planning
- Participate continuously in planning- and coordination meetings with other project managers and stakeholders
- Work closely with production- and support teams to continuously optimize and improve the strategy of the production and processes to achieve the goals
- Coordinate and schedule vacations and overtime
About you and your qualifications

Furthermore, you have:
- Relevant education or training and technical interest
- Experience with leadership and management
- General understanding of IT systems
- You are conscientious and persevering
- Enjoy being part of a close management team
- Professional communication in Danish and English
