You will join the PTA Team with reference to the PTA Manager.
You will communicate and involve stakeholders from various functions and organizational levels to secure the information and documentation we need on projects you are part of.

You will communicate and involve stakeholders from various functions and organizational levels to secure the information and documentation we need on projects you are part of.
Your responsibilities
- Work with a wide range of suppliers, who have outsource assignments from HARDI INTERNATIONAL
- Ensure that products are documented properly for high quality production
- Securing information in relation to supply chain documents
- Contribute with knowledge about metal fabrication and welding, fixtures, tools etc.
- Assist the Strategic Procurement, the Development Department, the Quality Department, and suppliers on production related matters
- From time to time participate in validation of fabricated product, analysis of deviations, and initiate follow up on corrective actions - this in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Participate in vendor audits
- Project management related to the above tasks
- Cross-organizational coordination responsibility
Your technical profile
- Experience from a similar position as Technician within the area of technical documentation is requested with a preferable educational background as Production Technologist, Mechanical Engineer, Technical Assistant or similar
- Likely with work experience in fabrication and welding
- Experience from a production environment in a related industry
- Knowledge of- or experience with technical cross-organizational work
- Knowledge or experience with outsourcing
- Good knowledge of Microsoft AX Dynamics or similar ERP system
- Experience with 3D CAD systems
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
