Foodjob Nordic is looking for a strong food industry professional for an attractive Production Lead role. Our client, Agrain, is a food-tech company specialized in the upcycling of spent grains. We turn spent grains into nutritious, versatile and aromatic functional flours. The position is a new role based on the need of strengthening the technical competence and knowledge in the scale-up phase of operations. The right candidate’s strength and know-how is focused on production, technical support, equipment scoping and installation within the food or feed industry.
The right candidate has several years of experience from similar positions in the food industry, preferably hands-on in production, and can ensure optimal production flow in collaboration with your colleagues. This right candidate is technically educated within the machinery or food industry as a technician, technologist or similar.
The Production Lead will be responsible the production with a focus on operations, quality and operating economics in collaboration with the Head of Operations, and your focus will be, among other things:

- Training and development of employees
- Troubleshooting of production problems in collaboration with other operational colleagues

Personal skills:
- Experience as a production supervisor or technical support on complex tasks in food ingredients production, and a good eye for optimization possibilities

- Able to work independently and in a very hands-on manner
- Good written and spoken communication skills in Danish and English languages
- Flexible, creative, hardworking and trustworthy
- Positive can-do attitude
