Is either Marine-, Process-, Production-, Mechanical Engineer or have a similar education and experience from automated processes.Who we’re looking forYou would like to be involved from the beginning and during the construction of the factory. Your focus will be to implement training methods, competence matrix, work instructions, SOP´s and onboarding materiel. You will work closely with the project organization responsible for building the factory, the process engineers and the continuous improvement manager, be involved in the decisions on which data to use, how to optimize from the moment production goes live, and part of implementing changes. During commissioning and running in the processes / the factory, you will be the one of the main stakeholders.After the project / implementation period you will still be in close corporation with technical department and focus will be more towardsBe a role model for Zero Harm Culture Analyse production data Superuser in MES – we use AVEVA Follow up on output and KPI´s to optimize output and trouble solving Manage data for daily board meetings in the production – most likely in PowerBi Analysis and deliver data for continuous improvements Participate in continuous improvement projects Train the production team in process understanding Own the work instructions and SOP´s Support and ensure alignment between the production teams. You thrive using your data.... skills and have effective communication skills both written and verbal. Your knowledge of data crunching and process improvement and validation is strong. By combining your analytical and technical skills with your knowledge of process improvement and validation you can solve problems, identify and investigate trends.What you’ll bringYou are fluent in Danish, both in writing and speakingWhy join us
