About the department
Supply Chain Planning at DFP Site Hillerød is responsible for the short- to medium term planning, coordination and prioritisation of activities within Novo Nordisk’s production of diabetes products. The purpose of the team is to support a stable and ambitious supply chain organisation, by working closely together with production. Daily we interact with a large network of stakeholders within Novo Nordisk including production, launch coordination and sales offices from all over the world. We are focused on getting our products “fast to market” both when launching new products and to ensure a stable flow in our existing production.
You will be working in a challenging and highly dynamic team with 13 dedicated employees. We are responsible for ensuring aligned and well-balanced production plans, in close collaboration with the production and other stakeholders. Furthermore, we are performance oriented and this will require constant focus on our KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators).
Job description
You will be responsible for the day-to-day planning, making sure that the production has a plan on what to produce. You will be responsible for securing the flow of material we need to run our production, e.g. ensuring available components and packaging materials in right quantities and quality. Use of various IT system including SAP ECC, SAP APO, and Microsoft Office, will be an extensive part of your job.
Proactive communication with our stakeholders and the ability to understand their performance are essential to ensure a coordinated, prioritised and finely executed delivery.
This is a 24 months temporary hire.
Competencies
You are passionate about Supply Chain management and production planning and you hold a master´s or bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain management or any other relevant degree. Working experience within logistics and production is an advantage, however, not a prerequisite, and we welcome applications from new graduates. You are fluent in written and spoken English and Danish since our corporate language is English and the daily collaboration with the production site is in Danish.
You thrive on working in a fast-paced environment. You are independent, energetic and possess strong analytical skills. You see solutions instead of problems and you take initiative. You are a team player and you can handle numerous tasks simultaneously.
