Are you interested in the field of cleaning monitoring and general support of cleaning systems during production? Right now, the Purification Plant Cleaning Support Team, is looking for an experienced candidate with a strong quality mindset and strong GMP cleaning experience to join our Purification Plant (PP) in Kalundborg.
About the department
Purification Plant (PP) consists of 4 individual plants purifying insulin and GLP1. With more than 500 employees PP contains its own laboratory, maintenance department and business support. The vacancy is a maternity cover in a fantastic team consisting only of people who are passionate about cleaning. Because the whole team are specialized in cleaning processes, you will instantly have a large network to support your work, all eager to teach from experience and willing to help whenever needed. The daily work in the team is highly based on solid collaboration and even though we are busy it takes please in a relaxed atmosphere.
The job
Your role will include:
- Daily supporting of cleaning processes in our production facilities - cleaning monitoring, deviation handling, report writing and trending.
- Depending on your experience your competencies you might be involved in optimization projects or multi-line product change over cleaning strategies including cleaning validation and/or cleaning qualification.
- Daily focus on data analyses, working with fixed requirements and toward set deadlines.
- Working with highly motivated people that offers a unique opportunity to strengthen your experience in a GMP production environment.
- Working in an enthusiastic environment focused on a high-quality mindset, continuous improvements, teamwork and delivery, you will play an important role in helping us write the next page of the Novo Nordisk success story.
Qualifications
- Ideally you have solid experience within the field of cleaning in a pharmaceutical production.
- Your background is either academic or technical, what matters to us the most, is that you have a proven track record of solid results within the field of cleaning.
- You can work with a lot of data adhering to fixed requirements for manufacturing pharmaceuticals within set deadlines.
- You have a positive attitude; you are committed and work in a systematic manner you are flexible in novel situations and like challenges.
- You are fluent in English and Danish
