Stine Goya is currently recruiting an energetic Product Developer to join our talented and creative team at the Stine Goya Studio based in the heart of Copenhagen.
We are in a strong period of global development with key retail partners both online and offline. We are gradually expanding our product range with the desire to develop our international standing and build stronger international wholesale partnerships.
As our new Product Developer, you will take ownership of the full product development process and support the design team.
The successful candidate will be expected to work across all womenswear product categories from sourcing handover to delivering the collection samples. This will require strong organisational skills as well as the passion and desire to support the brand to create innovative and responsible collection.
This is a full-time position reporting to the Head of Development and Production.

Stine Goya established Stine Goya A/S in 2006. We are a private and independent label, representing four collections a year across RTW, accessories and footwear. The collections are developed at our in-house design studio and are initially presented at the showroom located in Copenhagen alongside our Production, Sales, PR & Marketing, Customer Service, Retail and Finance departments. We show our collection at Copenhagen Fashion week twice a year and in showroom in Paris. We hold a unique position within the global fashion industry, and are working systematically with partners and agents to secure a more responsible future.

This is a full-time position reporting to the Head of Development and Production.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Launch all product to suppliers, becoming the essential and daily contact for development communication
- Launch the seasonal fabric and trim research packs for RTW and Accessories after Design team brief to all relevant suppliers, focusing on elevated and responsible materials
- Ensure critical timelines are adhered to, by managing the proto sample schedule for all product, ensuring samples are delivered on time as per creative brief
- Create and maintain techpacks and product line sheets and BOMs. Continuously maintain updates to the BOM in PLM
- Organising fabric orders for sampling, ensuring materials are ready in the factory as required
- Organising all CMT and Non CMT trim orders for sampling and SMS
- Attend all fittings & proto reviews with an attentive eye for detail to ensure product construction is on spec, elevated and price is on target
- Manage weekly design & production team collection updates
- Work hand in hand with our pattern & design team to maintain consistency of quality and fit across the product range
- Build and Guard seasonal library of trims development
- Bring creative flair to the development process to develop elevated and well-crafted products
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Minimum 2+ years related experience in a womenswear fashion label
- Possible re-location for the right candidate
- Detailed knowledge of fashion production and an eye for technical craftsmanship
- Interested in the universe of colour, prints and sustainable production
- Experience developing accessories would be a plus
- Fluent English and exceptional verbal and written communication
- Dynamic, independent and interested in working in a multi-cultural environment within the fashion industry.
- Exceptional organizational skills, strive on flexibility and being able to handle multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail and reporting
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel package
- Highly proficient in Adobe, Photoshop & Illustrator suite
- Experience using SPY, Delogue or Zedonk desirable
