Job Description
Danfoss Cooling, Refrigeration and A/C-Controls (RAC) is looking for an experienced Project Manager based in Kolding and Nordborg, Denmark. RAC is the leading supplier to the refrigeration and air-conditioning industries. We develop the technologies of tomorrow and have a broad product portfolio of systems, solutions, and components to service our customers.
You will be part of the Global Manufacturing team and your role is to participate in product innovation projects to ensure high quality input from manufacturing/supply chain perspective including: design for assembly/manufacturing, production technologies abilities, simulation of production process flow, manufacturing footprint recommendations, machines investment (CAPEX) estimations and concept design of manufacturing lines set-up. A part of your responsibility is also to take overall responsibility for some project implementations (pre-NPD study), to seek for new manufacturing solutions externally, including digitalization and IoT and to work with suppliers on feasibility studies when new manufacturing technologies shall be tested. Working with colleagues across multiple functions and locations is key to success in this role.
As a person, you have a high drive, enjoy being proactive and persistent, and naturally reach out to relevant stakeholders to ensure progress and drive performance. Furthermore, you are a good team player who can interact and communicate well with people at all levels.

Background and skills
To be considered for this position, you have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, as well as:
- 5 years of experience in implementing new products to manufacturing process in an international company
- 3+ years of project management experience (proven track record)
- Manufacturing technology experience is required
- Passionate and curious about manufacturing technology and its development into IoT direction
- Early stage product development
- Experience in product development projects (preferably)
- Strong communication skills at all organization levels in a multicultural environment
- Excellent fluency in English
