Job Description
District Energy (DEN) Division has a strongly developed Supply Chain and Quality processes and we are looking for a dedicated person who will lead the development of next generation of Supply Chain & Quality area, utilizing existing experience and possibilities enabled by One ERP and factory digitalization. A person will lead a small group of experts and will be responsible for end-to-end Supply Chain processes, leading global Supply Chain and Quality projects, Quality & Supply Chain Excellence and One ERP team. You will also seek synergies in District Energy and take care of continuous process improvement to optimize Supply Chain processes, resulting in lower cost and improved Delivery, Reliability, Stocks and Quality.
Ideal candidate’s background and skills
To be considered for this position you must hold Master’s Degree within Technical or Economic area, and have at least 10 years of working experience with few years of leadership or consultancy experience within Supply Chain and/or Quality. We also expect:

- Advanced knowledge of Supply Chain and Quality processes and Continuous improvement orientation in building Supply Chain for next generation
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, stakeholder management and leadership skills
- SAP experience
- Fluent English skills
- Openness for moderate traveling (cca 20% of your working time)
