Job Description
Danfoss is looking for two experienced Deployment Leads – one for our P2P area and one for our F2P area. The DPL has the role of functional project manager in our ONE ERP program, and leads roll-in activity on behalf of the functional team, from the beginning of a release to the go live/take-off. The PDL is given/ full responsibility/is in charge of/for the functional activities in a release and that there is an/their open position in procurement team and in the production team.
You will primarily be based in Loves Park, USA, so either you will be working from there or from Flensburg, Germany (or Nordborg, Denmark) with some travel activities to Baltimore, USA.
Background and skills
For the position, you need to have solid experience in either the Procurement area or the production area, have project manager experience from smaller IT projects or bring experience as a leader of a small team. It is a must that you have excellent English oral and written communication as well as solid analytical skills.
Your record shows good project and stakeholder management skills, which will be useful in leading and coordination tasks related to problem-solving, implementation, clarification and training. You will be demonstrating, communicating and explaining the benefits of the project and the relationship between different elements through a/in the template, clarifying the impact for the receiving organization.
