Operational Excellence Manager – Global Operations LINAK is growing exponentially in all business segments. To support this exciting journey, we are looking for an Operational Excellence (OPEX) Manager, Global Operations. OPEX is a new global operation organisation which aims to have a common operating system for LINAK which is built in our best practices across the plants. For the right candidate, this is a unique opportunity to grow in LEAN and six sigma, learn across LINAK factories and work closely with all levels of the organisation. If you like to inspire and challenge the people you work with, and want to plant the seed in creating value, to develop our road map, to improve our processes and to make an impact, then this could be a job for you. As Operational Excellence Manager your office is going to be at the LINAK factory in Guderup on Als which you will share with three colleagues and a manager. Primary tasks

- Drive and facilitate kaizen events and value stream projects by ensuring operations business metrics are continuously improving
- Global owner of tools, methods and systems and is also responsible for training and coaching the organisation
- Facilitate assessments of the different locations with the purpose of learning and to unify the direction of improvement
- Training and coaching local responsible and leadership
Experience/ Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience from a LEAN or operational excellence function
- Bachelor or master within electronic or mechanical or manufacturing engineering
- The ability to facilitate workshops and kaizens and create ownership locally
- Independent with energy, structured, has a good sense of humor and drive
- Has the ability to challenge the way we do things and encourage the team to think out of the box
- To be successful in this position, you must be able to communicate at all levels of the organization and can get the buy in of stakeholders
- Speak and write English on fluent level and the will to learn Danish
