TriVision is on a growth journey, and we are in the process of expanding our position in the market. For that, we are looking for a new Production and Project Manager with responsibility for all operations, project management and execution activities. If you thrive with great responsibility for all optimizations processes and managing outsourced production and component business, we have the role for you right here.
You will work with the organisation to provide guidance for our project managers, setup clear processes for project execution, product delivery and collaborate with sales to ensure seamless coordination. Moreover, you will contribute to the strategic development of the company’s day-to-day operations as we grow.
Your areas of responsibility
You will work effectively with the CEO to optimize workflows in the organisation to increase performance and efficiency. Moreover, you will manage the onboarding of new projects to ensure clients expectations are met. You will oversee active projects to identify and prevent risks, ensure effective implementation and timely delivery within project budgets.

Professional competencies required
You hold a Master of Science in mechanical, electrical or production engineering or working experience in a similar role in the mechanical or automation industry. You have some know-how of steel types and food standards. You have solid experience in working with process optimization and documentation of new processes. You have strong project management skills including experience with managing automation project deliveries and sub-suppliers effectively and know how to build and maintain long-term client and customer relationships.
Personal profile
You are ambitious and desired to lead the way and you have a natural ability to take ownership in all you do. Experience in a managerial role is preferred, but more importantly you have the potential to lead others. You are good at problem solving and can manage a high level of activity with a positive attitude, even in challenging situations.
You are detail-oriented but still able to see the big picture while you, in a diplomatic manner, provide direct feedback and set deadlines.
Practical information and application
The position is reporting to the CEO/Managing Director of TriVision A/S. You will be based in Odense, and we expect you to start in the new position December the 1st.

- customer installation and commissioning phase and the sub-suppliers needed for this.
- outsourced hardware production for products and projects.
- processes implementation to secure full delivery of projects/products, documentation, and relevant approvals.
- mentor, and evaluate project managers.
- performance reviews and associated operational actions.
