This is your opportunity to join a dedicated team of professionals and become an important part of the construction of the Femern Belt Tunnel.
We are currently looking for an experienced Superintendant to our site in Rødbyhavn.

Femern Link Contractors, FLC, is the joint venture responsible for the design and construction of the immersed tunnel, tunnel portals and ramps. Our joint venture consists of nine international construction companies with individual experience in large infrastructure projects.

Key skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience as superintendent / General Forman in a similar or smaller works.
Technical skills must be at the level in which assignments can be independently executed with minimal guidance or training.

Main responsibilities:
- As a General Foreman / woman you will manage all the foremen and their teams to do the works for the Floating Gate, the Bulkheads Installation & Removal and the Finishing Works.
- Ensure safety on site, planning and quality of the works, together with their cost implications. For this, you will have to be able to deploy the necessary means to achieve the goals set in terms of cost, planning, safety and quality of work.
- You will work together with the site engineers.
- Setting of Concrete, Formworks, Rebars, both open-air and constrained environments
- Using specific tools or equipements
- Site Installations (Crane, temporary access, etc.)
- Excel
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, plans and survey reports
- Basic Survey on site
Key skills:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience as a foreman in Civil works. As a plus :
- Marine Works experience
- Steel works experience
- Logistics experience
Minimum 5 years of experience as superintendent / General Forman in a similar or smaller works.
Technical skills must be at the level in which assignments can be independently executed with minimal guidance or training.
Personal qualities:
- Strong Leadership, problem-solving and organisation skills.
- Like the challenges.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
- Ability to work with several transversal teams and good at communicating.
- Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
- Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
- High level for taking responsibility on own tasks and open to new/unforeseen tasks.
- Ability to be energetic and visible on the construction site.
- Fluent in English - spoken as well as written.
- Polish and/or Danish is a plus.
