This is your opportunity to join a dedicated team of professionals and become an important part of the construction of the Femern Belt Tunnel.
We are currently looking for a Supervisor to the Tunnel element skidding system to the production site in Rødbyhavn.
Who is FLC?
Femern Link Contractors, FLC, is the joint venture responsible for the design and construction of the immersed tunnel, tunnel portals and ramps. Our joint venture consists of nine international construction companies with individual experience in large infrastructure projects.
Together, we are committed to working together to deliver a state-of-the-art immersed tunnel, portals, and ramps, delivered on time and safely, in a sustainable and ethical manner.
Main responsibilities:
Supervision of self-employed workforce for element skidding activities. Organizes and coordinates all skidding activities, maintenance of equipment, logistics and ensures that the works are executed in due time and in accordance with health, safety and environmental regulations and the approved documents.

Supervision of self-employed workforce for element skidding activities. Organizes and coordinates all skidding activities, maintenance of equipment, logistics and ensures that the works are executed in due time and in accordance with health, safety and environmental regulations and the approved documents.
Description of the tasks:
- Coordination of labor, supervision of construction site.
- Supervision of tunnel element skidding equipment installation, skidding activity, dismantling, logistics and maintenance.
- Close daily cooperation with supplier of skidding equipment.
- Participation in daily toolbox and pre-task meetings.
- Supervision that works are performed in accordance with quality, health and safety, environmental guidelines for construction job site.
- We ensure equipment training which is conducted by our suppliers.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Previous experience as a construction superintendent or in a similar role.
- Professional level experience in driving and control of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems.
- Experience in heavy-lifting operations, heavy loads skidding.
- Basic level experience in rigging operations and equipment.
- Fluent in English (B2 level) spoken as well as written.
- Other additional languages are advantageous.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Good analytical skills.
