To strengthen the collaboration between Ferrodan and IPL, we are looking for a production technical quality employee.
Responsibilities and tasks:Your tasks will mainly be: (not in order of priority)
Professional qualificationsYou are a trained foundry technician or production engineer. Knowledge of cleaning and grinding processes can be an advantage.
Personal qualifications
You are a good communicator who works analytically and works systematically. You are self-leading and you appear with a natural confidence in your person, which inspires and creates commitment.
You are solution-oriented and have the ability to build relationships with colleagues and partners, so that a common agenda is kept.
You are a good team player with a curious and inquisitive attitude in your solutions. Your approach to the tasks is service-oriented and structured, and your drive makes it completely natural for you to take responsibility and meet deadlines.
As a person, you are extroverted, and you thrive on short and sharp deadlines. In language, it is an advantage that you master English in writing and speaking and can make yourself understood in German.

- Internal deviation treatment and follow-up on rejections.
- Education and training of employees.
- General follow-up on production and quality level
- Handling of customer complaints (8D) in collaboration with the quality department.
- Preparation of grinding instructions in collaboration with IPL.
- Preparation of assembly instructions.
- Ensure optimization and improvement processes in the foundry.
