We are looking for a Senior Creative Production Manager with excellent project management skills. Leading projects and campaign concepts
You will be part of the Creative Development team in Global Marketing within our hearing aid business. We have an informal and creative atmosphere where trust and a can-do attitude are pivotal. We support each other and share feedback and ideas to continuously improve. The position is a 12-month maternity cover.
You will act as project manager of a creative team (art directors, digital designers, copywriters, etc.) in the development of new hearing aid campaigns and be the main point of contact for the campaign manager, working as a strategic partner to meet the business objectives for the campaign at hand. We imagine that you have a relevant educational background and several years of experience working with creative and strategic marketing campaigns in a global company or an agency. You have a commercial mindset and excellent understanding of sales and marketing. If you have experience working with consumer electronics or medical devices, it will give you a head start.
Your stakeholder and project management skills allow you to maneuver effortlessly on all levels of the organisation. As our corporate language is English, we expect that you can communicate fluently in written and spoken English.

- Drive the scoping and development of campaign concepts and communication strategy, based on briefs, and ensure alignment with key stakeholders and our different brand strategies (Oticon, Bernafon, Philips).
- Ensure campaign messaging covers: the product/solution, audiology, customer and user needs, market trends, and the competitive environment
- Define comprehensive, cross-channel campaign packages together with relevant specialists to support efficient marketing activation plans
- Secure that campaign concepts, including visuals, graphics, and key selling messages are in alignment with our brand platforms and CVIs
