Are you ready for a unique opportunity in leading and driving Flügger´s Qualification for Manufacturing process?
As our Production Engineer you will drive daily improvements in the factory on key machines and equipment to ensure RFT (Right First Time). You will ensure through improvements that machines, equipment, and processes always is capable of meeting requirements, and demands, in the most safe and efficient manner, while juggling and coordinating all issues related with relevant stakeholders.
Your responsibility will include improvement of the machinery, analysing current process to define the future, and maintain the development of our current manufacturing justification thought out standardization. One of your key responsibilities will be to support the Supply Chain Engineering Department in providing documented evidence that all equipment and utilities used live up to all requirements regarding quality and delivery.
You will take part in all aspects of commissioning, Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ) Performance Qualification (PQ). Other prime key responsibilities will be:
You will act as project manager in technical projects and pre-projects to ensure compliance with Flügger´s business needs. Furthermore, you will monitor and follow-up on KPI´s in the Supply Chain Engineering department to make sure we are fulfilling our commitment towards group management.
You hold a track record as production, process, or improvement engineer role, with excellent analytical and leadership abilities as well as great knowledge in the Lean philosophy. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a good understanding of equipment vs processes, as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Danish as well as in English.

- To maintain the qualification status of systems
- Conduct review of System Qualification documents.
- Writing and executing qualification protocols, tests and reports based on user, quality, technical and functional requirements, and other relevant information as delivered by the team or supplier.
- Act as Technical Owner
- Steer specialists and contractors within own discipline and/or responsibility area
- Participate in the development of global standards/guidelines, reviews local standards/guidelines
- Prepare for internal and external inspections and act the spokesperson and Subject Matter Expert during audits and inspections, as pertains Qualification Engineering topics.
- Based on expertise, make strong recommendations on investigations, investments, or projects

Your palette
You hold a track record as production, process, or improvement engineer role, with excellent analytical and leadership abilities as well as great knowledge in the Lean philosophy. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a good understanding of equipment vs processes, as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Danish as well as in English.
To succeed in the role, you:
- Hold as minimum a bachelor's degree in mechanical/production engineering
- Work experience in pharmaceutical, food or other process industry, preferred
- 3+ year of experience in commissioning & qualification of manufacturing equipment
- Strong technical skills and interest (electrical and mechanical)
- Knowledge of chemistry requirements, methodologies, concepts, and requirements related to system validation
- Quick learner and good eye for details
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure, flexibility and positive attitude to challenges would be added advantage.
- Ability to take decisions and work independently
