The Energy Management & Storage team consists of highly skilled and diverse people with different nationalities, technical competencies and educational backgrounds - in software, hardware and the commercial space.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will primarily cover to:
- proactively source and distribute relevant technical and commercial information important to our development activities from internal stakeholders across Vestas and from external sources – customers, partners, consultants or research institutes. As part of these activities you will assist in growing new relationships
- manage networks, stakeholders and project portfolios across the full R&D-setup, the sales-/service organisations and in close contact with group functions like Marketing& Communications, Legal and strategy departments
- ensure an adequate level of communication, and plan/ execute stakeholder management events and meetings, and in addition develop and maintain reporting and governance structures
- ensure coherence and consistency between the energy industry’s megatrends and our innovation/development activities and roadmaps
- prepare ad hoc reporting material in addition to maintaining business administration systems
- be responsible for ensuring operational excellence in customer pilot projects
- be responsible for monitoring and reporting on asset performance in test- and commercial pilot projects
Qualifications
- A bachelor or master’s degree in engineering, economics or finance, preferably a degree in wind energy
- Experience from the energy industry or consultancy business
- Experience in stakeholder management, communications, finance or trading
Competencies

- An outgoing nature, a curious mindset and the ability to understand and bridge R&D challenges and commercial opportunities
- Excellent presentation skills verbally and in writing
- Well-structured and an organised approach
