YOUR PRIMARY TASKS:
- You will be responsible for your own part of structures associated with the project.
- You are responsible for planning the execution of the task, preparation of schedule, daily anagement and negotiations with subcontractors/suppliers.
- Daily management and supervision of the construction sites and close contact with the people on the construction site, where you must ensure an optimal and well-functioning working environment.
- Contact to customers and suppliers, participation in construction meetings
- Financial follow-up on an ongoing basis in the projects, ongoing reporting, and construction case review
- Approval of invoices and hourly registration for own employees
- Quality assurance - ongoing follow-up on the prescribed quality requirements, so that the agreed work is carried out correctly
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- You probably come from a similar job and have several years of experience as a project manager, with a solid knowledge of industrial and construction projects
- Experience in steel or/and MEP works
- Experience with project management and construction case management (Think Project or other)
- You have a safe hand when it comes to excel
- You have a relevant educational background such as engineer or construction architect
YOUR PROFILE:
- You are solution-oriented, get things resolved at a fast pace - without losing track
- You are independent and structured, your approach to new tasks is positive and you take responsibility for your own tasks
- You have a good mood and a high level of service, are good at communicating and thrive in a busy, informal and dynamic environment
- You are energetic and visible on the construction site
