Are you a Civil Engineer with vision and experience looking for opportunity to work on a unique project? We are currently looking for a SITE ENGINEER to support the construction of the longest immersed tunnel in the world.
As a Site Engineer SPE you will assist the Works Manager in planning and managing the construction of the special element production line. You will be cooperation with Procurement, Health and Safety, Quality and Work Environment departments as well as with Subcontractors in order to plan and coordinate the workflows on the Site.

As a Site Engineer SPE you will assist the Works Manager in planning and managing the construction of the special element production line. You will be cooperation with Procurement, Health and Safety, Quality and Work Environment departments as well as with Subcontractors in order to plan and coordinate the workflows on the Site.
Your main tasks will be:
- Procurement of subcontracted packages
- Preparing the Method Statements, Site Layouts, sequencing works
- Preparing detailed program, mobilization plan and budget control
- Preparing design input for temporary works designer
- When necessary, representing FLC at weekly meetings with subcontractors and control of the subcontract requirements, including program, quality control, reporting and safety
- Controlling reports and reporting on monthly basis on quality, work progress and budget
- Control in line and inspections
- You will be the link between construction and preparation works and responsible for a successful execution of the works.
Your professional qualifications:
- B.s. Civil / Structural engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete / steel and relation to Civil or Marine works
- Technical skills must be at the level in which assignments can be independently executed with minimal guidance or training.
- Fluent in English and spoken as well as written
Personal qualities:
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to effectively communicate both orally and written at all organizational levels
- Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
- Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
- Showing leadership skills
