Our goal is to provide the best possible service to our customers, and it is therefore crucial that your competencies are broad in the use of structural and BIM related software such as Robot Structure (FEM Software) together with Revit Structure as well as documented design experience within the structural Eurocodes – but the base is your technical skills.
Our Structure and Infrastructure department are a combination of highly trained engineers (including constructing architects, building designers and technical designers) who provide high-quality consulting services. We can offer you a agile work environment and the opportunity to participate in the development of our department. You will work in an interdisciplinary team, all of which are committed to creating the most optimal solutions for the project.
How we work
Become part of an international, consulting engineering company specializing in the pharmaceutical industry. Together we design, build, and optimize factories producing pharmaceuticals. Our project portfolio of approx. 1.400 projects annually cover just about everything, so you can expect to be tested and developed every day. Our committed employees deliver proven processes and international knowledge, so we can always support our customers located both in Denmark and abroad, but primarily in Kalundborg, Hillerød and in the Copenhagen area. Therefore, your workplace can also be in NNE's offices in these places, and there is the possibility of foreign projects. We have a fully office equipped bus transportation from Virum to and from Kalundborg.
Our head office is in Virum in a modern, open, and flexible office environment, which provides space and opportunity for knowledge sharing in a good atmosphere.

How you might spend your days
As a structural engineer, you'll primarily work with structures in the pharmaceutical industry:
- Planning and execution of structural design of load-bearing structures in Robot Structure and Revit incl. quantity extraction and preparation of details in projects both at home and abroad in a strong professional as well as interdisciplinary environment
- Coordination between different disciplines, e.g. Architects, HVAC, Electrical, Process and Utility
- Coordination in close collaboration with Space Management using Naviswork
- Further development of the department's BIM application (full 4D and 5D) and integration with Robot Structure
- Tender, supervision and authority handling (structural documentation according to SBI 271)

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to succeed in this role:
- You have a solid technical background with a diploma or master's degree as structural engineer
- You have a minimum of 10 years of design experience in load-bearing structures in Robot Structure or similar
- You have in-depth knowledge of the use of BIM related software, such as 3D design, 4D simulation and 5D extraction in Revit
- You are good at communicating and are interested in customer contact
- You speak and write fluent English
