The Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Copenhagen
is seeking to employ a
worker (m/f/d) in the Administration Department to be deployed primarily as a driver
in a full-time position (40 working hours per week in shifts)
from 01.04.2023
Main tasks:
Qualifications:
The terms of the employment contract are governed by Danish law. The starting salary is at least DKK 28,009 and can be higher if previous employment periods can be recognized. The taxation of the remuneration is based on the double taxation agreement between Germany and Denmark of November 22nd, 1995. Embassy employees are members of a group company pension scheme with the insurer Topdanmark with an employer contribution of 10% and an employee contribution of 5%.
The German Federal Foreign Office has set itself the goal to promote women´s careers and expressly invites qualified women to apply.

- Passenger transport and goods delivery
- Maintenance and care of the fleet (cars and bicycles)
- Messenger services
- Other general administrative tasks
- Cooperation at the reception and answering phones
Qualifications:
- valid driving license
- work experience as a driver/chauffeur, work experience at a diplomatic mission of advantage
- excellent orientation in Copenhagen
- good language skills in Danish and German or English
- excellent team and organizational skills and polite and helpful conduct
- high trustworthiness and discretion
- good physical constitution and health, especially for driving motor vehicles
- willingness to work flexible hours (also on weekends and public holidays)
- nationality of a EU-member state or holder of a working residence permit for Denmark

- tabular curriculum vitae (CV) in German or English
- school leaving certificate, vocational diplomas, letters of recommendation
- proof of language skills (Danish and German or English)
