Typical tasks in this role

In your new role you will be working in projects for international clients in Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, and other critical functions in the Life Science space.

As a data architect your most critical task is to understand the customer’s business model to design end to end data architecture solutions, both on enterprise and application level. This includes having good insight into the technologies used, have an eye for data integrity, data confidentiality and data availability.

It is expected by the customers that you advise them on best practices and can collaborate with both their specialists and business stakeholders.

To solve these tasks in your projects, you will work typically with data engineers, integration specialists and other roles that are required to bring your design to life

To master these tasks, you should have the following qualifications

• Track record working in an architect position (data, solution, enterprise, cloud..)
• Solid understanding of key technologies including cloud providers (AWS; Azure), data bases (Oracle, MySQL, MongoDb..)
• Experience with data migrations (ETL), archiving, and data recovery
• Experience in working with integration platforms (SAP CPI, Mulesoft, Informatica etc.) and are familiar with APIs
• Are proficient with SQL, Java, Python and/or other languages
• Certified with an architecture framework like TOGAF or ArchiMate
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Take pride in delivering high-quality work.
