Master Data Consultant

Being a Master Data Consultant means
You will be part of our digital consulting team, providing our direct customers with digital guidance.

A regular workday may include data model analysis, configuration, customer onboarding/training, workshop, process optimizations, and close communication with the project teams. This way, you can help ensure successful implementations through ongoing customer consultancy and help build strong customer relationships.

Having first learned the possibilities in the Dynamicweb platform, your primary task will be managing your own portfolio of customers and carrying out the master data implementations. In addition, your tasks will be to:

• Analyze, consult, implement, document, and present solutions to your customers.
• Bridge the gap from development to the customer, by communicating technical information in a clear and concise manner.
• Develop and consult existing customers.
• Strengthen and support our project teams by applying master data insights.
• Prepare and import data into complex master data solutions.

Your role within the team
The Master Data Consultants is a part of one of our five teams within the Professional Services Department. The Professional Service Department builds websites for customers around the world and ensures great customer experiences and facilitates numerous well-structured implementations of the Dynamicweb All-in-One business solutions.

Your profile
We imagine you have a master’s degree in International Business, Information Management, or the like. Most importantly, you will bring:

• An outgoing mindset along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• An interest in tech and high adaptability to new knowledge.
• Efficient and clear communication with proficiency in spoken and written Danish and English.
• Great communication skills and the ability to ensure good dialogues with customers.

Experience within information systems / MDM software is a plus.
