Applied Machine Learning Engineer

We are on the lookout for an Applied Machine Learning Engineer to join our Technology department in Copenhagen, Stockholm or Gothenburg to help us to define the next generation of digital marketing. The department consists of developers, data engineers, and data scientists that are working together with the aim to provide technology to be used by our digital marketing teams in their work to optimize our clients’ marketing efforts.To excel in this position, you should have a mix of software engineering and machine learning background. You are able to collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions based on business needs with minimal technical input. You are also an effective communicator and are able to mentor junior employees, with the ability to lead projects from conception to completion autonomously making necessary technical and business decisions in the process while actively incorporating feedback from internal/external stakeholders.Tasks & Responsibilities:Tasks & Responsibilities:

You are an experienced Applied ML Engineer who works on the edge between engineering and science.

Strong background and experience in ML, exploring/manipulating data, building & validating models, creating training and inference pipelines/workflows, testing and deploying at scale

Proficiency in developing production-quality software in Python or other OOP languages

Experience in designing and building a technical architecture for ML applications, preferably in GCP

Previous experience in developing ML models in real-world environments

Comfortable with iterating through various approaches and enjoy experimentation

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations and virtual teams.
