Master Data Manager Scandinavia

We are helping Antalis find their new Master Data Manager who is ready to take on the responsibility as a manager for their Scandinavian team and you will be located in Denmark (Holstebro/Vejle) or Sweden (Stockholm capital area). If you are looking for a role with likeminded colleagues, here’s a great opening in a larger international company. As the Master Data Manager, you will manage a small but experienced team of data enthusiasts.

In this position you will have an opportunity to influence the development of the team and the supporting processes to continuously optimize the data quality.

Antalis is hoping to hear from you, who takes pride in staying on top of tasks and knows how to prioritize your team’s capacity. As you are a part of the daily operations, you know your team’s needs and where to step in.


To be more specific your role includes:

• Item and system knowledge: You are known for putting data into system and keep an overview of tasks and information. In other words, you know how to navigate in large numbers of data and you have experience with data flow integration using different systems.
• Supporting stakeholders: You and your team support the business within different areas of the company. Examples may be to update web shop data and provide stakeholders with relevant analysis according to the agreed processes and deadlines.
• Team management: As a supportive leader you acknowledge your employees in their daily work which you also actively contribute to yourself. However, you also focus on development and help your team grow.
• Project Management: You feel comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and successfully bringing them to completion. You always work with deadlines in mind and ensure the quality of the projects regarding tasks relating to your area of responsibility.
• Internal communication: Your great communication skills ensure that stakeholders and other colleagues adhere to deadlines and agreements.

In short, Antalis is looking for someone who understands the flow of their products – from when they are purchased until they arrive with the customer. If you are also proficient in Excel and ERP systems, you could be a good match for our client.

Fluency in English is required for this role, as it involves working with international colleagues.
