Then this is your chance to join the Clinical Systems & Analytics team in Global Clinical Operations.
Data driven decisions
You will be joining LEO Pharma at maybe the most exciting time the company’s history. We have a strong focus on bringing new innovative treatments forward to patients living with skin deceases. As a Clinical Data Analyst, you will play an important role in ensuring that our clinical trial teams and management in general have access to the right data – in an easy an intuitive way. It is recognised that delivering data to the organisation is a key success criteria for LEO Pharma to deliver on our patient commitment and our clinical development programmes.
Your main tasks include:
Being Subject Matter Expert on the data analytics processes in Global Clinical Operations Develop, build and maintain data views supporting Power-BI reports Develop, build and maintain reports supporting decision making in Global Clinical Operations Collaborate with stakeholders throughout Global Clinical Operations, IT and QA to ensure a perfect fit for our Power-BI reports Develop end-user training and supporting materials
Though the position by nature is quite technical, it also requires excellent stakeholder management skills as well as the ability to collaborate closely with colleagues, whom do not necessarily have the same technical insights, as the Clinical Data Analyst.
Your qualifications and experience
You have a solid background working with programming operational data; experience from the pharmaceutical and clinical industry is considered an advantage. You likely have a life science or IT degree; working with advanced SQL is one of your key skill sets.
Though the main part of the role is related to operational data you will daily engage with colleagues in Clinical Systems & Analytics as well as stakeholders in Global Clinical Operations, Corporate IT and other departments. Therefore, you are open in your communication and go about engaging with all levels in an easy and constructive way.
The clinical development organisation is always changing and consequently you feel at ease with new challenges and take these on with an open mindset.
