INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DATA SPECIALIST

Scandinavian Tobacco Group is looking to strengthen our Commercial Excellence team with an experienced International Business Data Specialist with strong hands-on skills. If you have several years of experience in data analytics & reporting, then we want to meet you!

You will join a team of commercial experts in portfolio management, pricing, data and reporting, KA management, channel development & sales operations. You will get to trade hard work, dedication and engagement for a valuable commercial toolbox and the possibility to drive sustainable profit growth for the European Branded division.
What can you expect as an International Business Data Specialist?
As an International Business Data Specialist, you will be at the heart of our operating model, and together with the team, you will ensure that data insights are translated into commercial action points.
Your primary tasks will include the following:
• Collect & validate data for analysis & reporting use
• Support data integration to enable One Point of Truth
• Provide commercial insight regarding trends, gaps & opportunities to address key business needs
• Develop, optimize, and implement key reporting in PowerBI to facilitate data-driven decision making
• Improve, maintain our e-commerce presence, processes, and sales
• Monitor and analyzing e-commerce metrics and figures
• Support Commercial Planning development & drive implementation through KPI tracking
• Address ad-hoc analysis needs
Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter the most for this role):
The ideal candidate would have a passion for data & reporting with a data-driven customer centric mindset.
More specifically, we expect you to have the following characteristics:
• You have at least 3 years of experience within (digital) data & reporting roles
• Highly analytical mindset and ability to work with programs like PowerBI, Google analytics & Salesforce
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Experience in digital economies and e-commerce
• Structured and collaborative way of working
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate on all levels
• Seek and share direct feedback and ask the same
• The experience and ability to prioritize what is important and has a high impact
• Drive the change, think strategic and challenge the status quo.
• Manage expectations: follow through on actions, promises and assignments
In terms of your attitude and working style, we value if you are a self-starter, independent worker, like to improve processes and/or finding ways to improve. A successful candidate will have the ability to transform data into information, information into complex analytics and analytics into actionable plain language to drive business decisions. Candidates are preferably located in one of our sales organizations within Europe Branded.
