We are looking for a curious and engaged colleague to work in our expanding Manufacturing Intelligence (MI) department. We work closely together with Data Scientists, Process- and Automation-Engineers. We will help you grow and learn much more than just data engineering.
Together we build best-in-class data engineering solutions, validation of the solutions and contribute to laying the foundation for data-driven decision-making for our pharma customers.

How you might spend your days
Manufacturing Intelligence is a full-service provider of IT solutions within manufacturing for the pharma and biotech industries. We work with consultancy, design, implementation and validation of IT solutions, both on-premise and cloud based - always in close collaboration with our clients.
As Data Engineer in Manufacturing Intelligence, you’ll be
- Designing, developing, implementing and validating the next generation of data engineering solutions
- Collaborating with customers to turn ideas into value adding solutions and supporting them in every step of the way from design to implementation
- A part of the project teams and participate on equal terms with your 50 committed colleagues in our offices in Virum, Kalundborg and India
- Based in Kalundborg

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- A strong interest within the following areas (We train you in the areas you lack experience)
o GMP and GAMP regulatory requirements
o Relational databases
o Data Historians (We work primarily with AVEVA PI)
o Data aggregation and pipelines (AVEVA PI Interfaces and other)
o Data contextualization (AVEVA PI Asset Framework and Event Frames)
o Visualization / Front-End development/reporting - You have a degree in engineering, computer science or relevant experience
- You have 2+ years of experience in the life science/biotech industry
- You speak and write Danish and English fluently
