NNE is the engineering partner on several of these major projects and plays an essential role in establishing the new facilities. We are looking for a curious and engaged colleague to work in our expanding Manufacturing Intelligence (MI) department. We work closely together with Data Scientists, Process- and Automation-Engineers. We will make you grow and learn much more than just data engineering.
Together we build best-in-class data engineering solutions, validation of the solutions and contribute to laying the foundation for data-oriented decision-making for our pharma customers.
How you might spend your days
Manufacturing Intelligence is a full-service provider of IT solutions within manufacturing for the pharma and biotech industries. We work with consultancy, design, implementation and validation of IT solutions, both on-premise and cloud based - always in close collaboration with our clients.

How you might spend your days
Manufacturing Intelligence is a full-service provider of IT solutions within manufacturing for the pharma and biotech industries. We work with consultancy, design, implementation and validation of IT solutions, both on-premise and cloud based - always in close collaboration with our clients.
As our new Data Engineer, you’ll be working with:
- Design, develop, implement, and validate the next generation of data engineering solutions
- Collaboration with customers to turn ideas into value adding solutions and supporting them in every step of the way from design to implementation
- A project team and participate on equal terms with your 50 committed colleagues in our offices in Virum, Kalundborg and India
- This job is onsite and based in either Kalundborg or Virum
Who you are

- Preferably working in the Pharma or Biotech industry and are curious for a more technical role where you can apply your industry knowledge in building data engineering solutions

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- A great interest within the following areas (We train you in the areas you lack experience)
- GMP and GAMP regulatory requirements
- Relational databases
- Data Historians (We work primarily with AVEVA PI)
- Data aggregation and pipelines (AVEVA PI Interfaces and other)
- Data contextualization (AVEVA PI Asset Framework and Event Frames)
- Visualization/Front-End development/reporting
- You have a degree in engineering, computer science or relevant experience
- You have 2+ years of experience in the life science/biotech industry
- You speak and write Danish and English fluently
