We are now looking for an IAM Stakeholder Management Specialist to become an essential link between Identity & Access Management organisation and its stakeholders, to ensure efficient communication, common understanding of business value and continuous cooperation to reduce the risk for Nordea.

About this opportunity
Welcome to the Identity & Access Management team. We add value by supporting IAM organisation in running Agile Release Train and prioritising the areas of focus to ensure risk reduction for the bank in Identity & Access Management area. As the IAM Stakeholder Management Specialist, you’ll play a valuable role in supporting Identity & Access Management area to stay focused on risk reduction and business value of the deliveries.
What you’ll be doing:
- creating and implementing IAM stakeholder management strategy
- establishing and keeping a dialogue with IAM's internal stakeholders
- ensuring communication of requirements from stakeholders to IAM organisation
- continuously improving the cooperation between IAM and its stakeholders
You’ll join a team of experienced yet curious and open-minded people, who make a difference every day by collaborating, taking ownership and acting with passion and courage. The role is based in Gdynia, Warsaw or Nordics.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
- should be self-driven communicator, preferably with experience both in IT and Business areas
- should be able to successfully address both IT and Business experts, using different types of communication tools and strategies
- should be a team player, willing to share your knowledge and learn from others
Your experience and background:
- excellent command of both written and spoken English
- experience in stakeholder management
- knowledge, active interest and preferably prior experience in Identity & Access management or related area
- postgraduate studies or courses in the area of communication, stakeholder management, negotiations are not mandatory, but desirable
