We are looking for a Data Analyst for our Client Analytics & Research deliveries team within Data Science & Commercial Analytics department.
The Opportunity:
A key part of Saxo Bank’s success has been our ability to use the data we have available to deliver best in class product and services. Our focus now more than ever is to be client centric. The starting point for this is data on client experience and satisfaction. In this position you will be responsible for conducting ad-hoc and always-on quantitative research; analyse, report and consolidate the data collected. Moreover, you will be responsible for commutating the findings to key stakeholders and the broader organization and collaborate with other relevant teams to make sure the findings gets embedded into our business processes. For example, you will be Responsible for a robust sampling of Net Promoter Score (NPS) and reporting it to the organization as well as investigating the drivers behind positive/negative experiences.
We are looking for someone who is eager to make the difference, passionate about bringing data to life and enjoys presenting the results of your work. You are confident in working with data, are familiar with statistics and econometrics and are enthusiastic about client research. Moreover, you are a team player and enjoy working in a multicultural environment that offers equal employment opportunity.
Among others you will be responsible for:
- Designing quantitative research, mainly in the form of surveys
- Ensuring statistical validity in sampling, analysis and reporting of data
- Performing analysis with the use of PowerBI, R/Python, SQL
- Visualizing the data in presentations and reports
The Team:
As Data Analyst in Client Analytics & Research deliveries you will be part of the Modelling and Digital Analytics team w. a size of 10-15 people. The team is part of the Data Science department spanning a diverse set of backgrounds and skills. As part of the role you will be working closely with IT, Global Sales, Client Service, Digital Engagement and the other members of Data Science.
The focus of the team is among other things to use modern statistical/machine learning tools, big data, and customer surveys to gain insight in our customer base and to optimize the way we work with our clients throughout the value chain. This includes a data-driven approach to optimizing engagement and in general supporting decisions related to all our client touchpoints in order to maximize client happiness and lifetime value.
Your Profile:
As a person you come across as dedicated, driven, curious and goal oriented.
Further we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- 0-3 years of working experience
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and communicate proactively with stakeholders
- Analytical mindset and attention to details
- Familiar with statistics and econometrics
- Knowledge of SQL
- Familiarity with Python, R or similar
- Previous experience in working with client research is a plus
- Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus
- English, verbal and written
