Now the opportunity is here to join NNIT’s Digital Assurance department as a Line Manager.

Your responsibilities as a Line Manager in Digital Assurance

The role includes people management and operational management of the Digital Assurance Test Excellence Team. Adding to this is business development including analyzing market for business opportunities, participating in major customer and stakeholder engagements as well as developing new revenue streams and new services.

You will be responsible for customer advisory and management of complex IT validation projects: from developing the testing strategies and quality planning to actually execute on the planned activities.

Your experience and proven track record within Test Management or alike will be put into use when you lead and coach our team. Your professional experience working with a variety of assignments and customers will make you a top-performer supporting our customers through assignments. Your knowledge on technology trends, methodologies and best practices will support our growth and leave strong footprints within our customers.

Together with your team and the rest of the management team in Digital Assurance you take responsibility for our services within Test Excellence. This includes people management, business development, project delivery as well as cooperation with our account managers and customers in Denmark, Europe, China and US.

Your qualifications and experience

You will be managing experienced Test Professionals, be responsible for stabile delivery and work with service development within the area – in other words: you will be challenged both professionally and personally, and it is important that you thrive in a dynamic environment.

You have solid experience in Test Management of IT applications or infrastructure, maybe from working in the life sciences segment.

You are driven by the consultant role and thrive to advise and spar with customers at a high professional level, where there are challenging requirements for your professional and personal skills. You enjoy being in an environment with customers, where a number of stakeholders need to be consulted. You are proactive in your approach to tasks and capture leads on potential new tasks with focus on deadlines.

In Digital Assurance we work in integrated global teams and collaborating with your colleagues around the globe will be a big part of your daily life. Therefore, it is important that you are flexible and a skilled communicator. Experience with offshore development is an advantage.

Part of the job is that you build up, organize and staff the department, as well as adjust the team's qualifications and capabilities in order to match customer needs, which makes it important that you know your own leadership profile and have several years of experience with people management. You will join our Digital Assurance department

You will be colleague to more than 40 skilled consultants in Denmark and more than 70 colleagues in Czech Republic, China, US, Germany, Switzerland and the Philippines.

In addition to taking responsibility for complex consulting services in large IT development projects, we also provide customers with strategic advice on quality management both current and looking ahead.
