Position Summary
Jupiter Bach offers an interesting and versatile job in an international company with manufacturing sites on 3 continents. You will be given responsibility from the start and will have the chance to gain a detailed insight into the company as well as drive business analyses across the organization.
You will be working closely with both your colleagues in the HQ team located in Køge and also with colleagues working at our manufacturing sites. You will report to the Group IT Manager and your responsibility will be to ensure a higher level of financial transparency and to conduct business analyses in cooperation with internal stakeholders.
The key responsibilities will be business analysis, data mining, maintaining/developing different BI solutions, budgeting, and forecasting.
Your place of work is at Jupiter Bach headquarters in Køge. A limited number of traveling days should be expected.
Qualifications
You have at least 2-3 years of experience within a manufacturing and/or international company and are graduated with a degree in Economics, IT or similar.
To succeed in the position, you must demonstrate that you are self-driven and have excellent analytical skills. You have a natural flair of overseeing large amounts of data. The right candidate will be able to drive the analysis processes and assist in identifying key areas of optimization.
You are structured and proactive and have the ability to handle a variety of different tasks. You are flexible and willing to take responsibility and ownership, and you thrive when working in an international and busy environment. ERP knowledge, Excel expert and fluent in English and Danish are required.
Besides that, you are an open, service-minded and trustworthy person with a solid character, driven by impact and achievements rather than status and hierarchy, focused on details and with an analytical mindset.
The job entails data mining and slicing from different ERP systems and various data sources – therefore a high level of knowledge of Excel and data handling is key. Knowledge of one or more of these systems is required: VBA, DAX, Power BI, and Power Pivot.
Finally, you are able to adapt to international requirements and work culture.
